Cooper’s Ridge s a Southern family breeder exclusively of multi–generation Australian Labradoodles. Getting a breeding Doodle (Lucy Beth ) took a lot of thought and research deciding if this new dog was right for us. Lucy was everything we wanted and more. It is important that those who adopt our puppies have that same kind of experience. In order to facilitate a good Doodle Fit we have established a process for becoming a “Forever Home” to one our puppies.

To begin the process, we’d love to know more about YOU. As a necessary first step, please fill out this brief online form. After we receive your response, we will contact you within two business days to begin the puppy adoption process.

Puppies are due to come home at 8 weeks.

How the Cooper’s Ridge Process Works
  • Communicate with Cooper’s Ridge about litters via email or by phone.

  • Read what you get with a Cooper’s Ridge by going to Pricing and Payment Center.

  • Approved Application is then sent to the “Forever Family”.

  • Cooper’s Ridge Puppies can and will be designated at various ages of their lives, with the primary designation done at 6 weeks (+ or -) of age. Cooper’s Ridge does the selection based on priority of reservation, needs & wants, and most importantly the “Doodle Fit”.

  • Around 8 weeks of age Cooper’s Ridge will continue protocol, vaccinate, flea & heart worm preventative, & exam will be performed by Cooper’s Ridge Veterinarian’s.

  • Cooper’s Ridge Labradoodles reserves the right to select two puppies first from every litter for our breeding program.

  • Cooper’s Ridge requires a signed Spay / Neuter Contract before delivery of the Puppy (except in the case of a designated Cooper’s Ridge Breeder).

  • Discuss size, gender, color, coat, timing, temperament, and any other needs or wants.

  • Submit a deposit (Pay by Credit Card, PayPal or Check) and email puppy application (PDF). Payments are non-refundable.

  • Visits “where & when logistically possible” to Cooper’s Ridge primary facility in Greenbrier are welcome after 2 weeks of age. While these visits are possible due to our Nursery Facilities – puppies can only be viewed until they receive their third inoculations. Visits are only possible on regular Cooper’s Ridge Visitation Days

  • Communicate with Cooper’s Ridge about litters via email or by phone.

  • Go home is generally around the 8th week.

     

  • The Final Payment is due and payable a minimum of 10 working days before pickup or delivery of your Cooper’s Ridge Puppy.
